Born: January 5, 1975
Graduated: Lenoir City High School
After graduating in 1994 I was a vet tech for 4 years. In 1997 I became a professional dog groomer and worked with my mother at her grooming shop. She has been a groomer since 1985 and has raised and shown Great Danes for 35 years. In 2004 my husband and I opened Pet Palace Grooming and Boarding in Lenoir City, TN and in 2010 we sold our business and moved to Madisonville TN and I now work at Fabulous Fido Grooming in Farragut Tn. In 2008 we started Break The Chain Pit Bull Rescue and have since rescued over 300 Bullies from death row. I was raised to have a very strong passion for animals and have worked with them or around them all my life. We bought our first Pit Bull from a back yard breeder in 1998. From that first day I held this little sick black and white pittie my life changed forever. His name was Snoopy and he truly showed me what it was like to own and to be loved by this breed! He died of cancer in 2011 and that was one of the hardest days of my life, he took a part of me with him that no other dog will ever be able to replace. We do have 4 Pit Bulls current who are Rufus (mascot of BTC ), Scamp, Snooki, and Dreamer! We will continue to Break The Chain for this breed everyday! We are dedicated to educating the public on awareness and about animal cruelty.
Help us to BREAK THE CHAIN!
